Basic plant assessment:
  • Conducting on-site or online automation/optimization and debottlenecking assessments

Cement performance assessment (plant fitness):
In collaboration with the partner network: Comprehensive assessment from 'Quarry to Lorry,' covering the entire plant or specific modules.
Training / Workshop:
Following training are offered:
Low rank coal handling training (1.5 days):
Handling, storing, and processing of low-rank (high volatile) coal to avoid fires and explosions.

Transport and dedusting training (3 days):
To reduce spillages and dust, strengthen belt conveying systems, size dedusting systems, and understand basic maintenance requirements of bag filter and belt conveyor.

Cement introduction seminar (5 days):
In collaboration with the partner network: Discuss raw materials and cement quality, kiln systems, their design, differences and optimisation with top experts from the industry. What grinding systems are used for raw material preparation, raw meal production, fuel and cement grinding.

Process performance training (10 - 15 days)
In collaboration with the partner network: Detailed education program for cement process engineers, and production managers about:
  • Quality, raw and cement
  • Kiln, design, operation and optimisation
  • Grinding systems for raw, coal and cement grinding
  • Material transport and dedusting.
